The Power Of Play

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that empowers children to express themselves freely through play.

Why We Choose Play?

  • We started Spark to create a therapeutic environment where children feel truly understood, valued, and supported.

  • We provide children with the tools and support to navigate their emotions; we can help them build confidence, improve their social skills, and strengthen their relationships.

  • Our passion for fostering emotional well-being and resilience in children inspired us to create a space where they can explore their feelings and experiences at their own pace.

  • We recognise that traditional approaches often do not fully address the unique needs of every child, especially those who thrive in more flexible, child-led settings.

What Sets Us Apart?

  • We pride ourselves on our unique approach to therapy, led by a team of neurodiverse therapists who are happy to answer questions about our program to help you decide if this is the right match for your child.

  • We believe that diversity in experience and perspective enriches the therapeutic journey, and that's why our team consists of neurodivergent practitioners.

  • At Spark, we are dedicated to positively impacting the lives of children and their families, guiding them towards a happier and healthier future.

Psychological healing through play helps your child reach their full potential

It has been demonstrated that play in a supportive atmosphere helps kids explore their emotions make sense of their experiences, the most holistically beneficial type of play is child-led play.

Positive experiences can help heal trauma and support autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression - by enhancing neuronal integration. This is because the brain is always evolving and making new neural connections. Play and other nonverbal activities are among the best methods to give kids that supportive environment.

We take a non-directive approach. In other words, we don't "guess" what kind of therapeutic activity will benefit a child the best. Rather, we allow every child to lead us to the precise cause of their problem through their play and interactions.

"Children are often unable to express themselves in words.

Play is their natural language, and toys are their words."
